I had a question about my order after checking my receipt email, so I reached out to customer service. They did get back to me, but it took longer than I was expecting. Once they replied, they were polite and answered my question. Overall not a bad experience, just a little slow.

Tried to place my order and the payment kept failing, like twice. Super annoying becuase I had to keep rechecking everything and wasn’t even sure if it went through or not
